How Our Network Works

A local tree removal provider guiding a large limb down in a residential yard in Beverly

Who You Talk To

You talk to an independent tree provider in our network. Rolledshortly Tree Service makes the introduction. The provider answers your questions, looks at the job and sends the quote. They run their own crews and set their own schedules.

What Happens on the Call

Keep it simple. Here is the usual flow:

  • You describe the tree, where it stands and what it is touching or threatening.
  • The provider asks a few questions about size, access and any damage.
  • They may ask for photos or schedule a visit.
  • You get a price and a plan, ideally in writing.

Have your address, a rough tree height and a couple of phone photos ready. It speeds things up.

Before You Call: Quick DIY Checks

You can do some of the prep yourself:

  • Take photos from a safe distance, from two or three angles.
  • Note any wires, fences, sheds or roof edges nearby.
  • Clear cars and patio furniture from the drop zone.

Know when to stop. Do not climb, do not saw a loaded limb and do not go near a tree touching a power line.

What to Ask a Provider

  • Are you licensed and insured for tree work where I live?
  • Does the quote include cleanup, hauling and wood?
  • Is stump grinding included, or priced separately?
  • How will you protect the roof, lawn and fence?
  • What is the plan if the weather turns?

Quote in writing, every time.
