Rolledshortly Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your property went wrong, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Rolledshortly Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle it, answer our message and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
